Our guaranteed processing hours are Monday thru Friday, 10am to 1pm PST. Orders are sometimes processed on the weekends (THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED). Orders processed on the weekend are NOT shipped until the following business day.
Please take into consideration that once your order has entered our processing system we cannot alter or cancel that order. Any changes requested for your order will have to be done after the transaction is completed by contacting our Returns and Refunds Department.
