RMA / Return Policy
To qualify for an exchange you must submit the exchange request within 30 days after receiving the package. If the merchandise has not been used or installed, it can be returned for a refund only if the refund request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive the item. Depending on the circumstances a fee will apply for refunds. Defective or broken items can be returned for exchange only if your refund request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
Quality is guaranteed. Please feel free to contact us for any assistance in usage of our products before submitting a RMA request. When applying for an exchange only the same exact item is applicable for the exchange unless otherwise noted.
Exchanges
Merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item as the original. If you received the incorrect item you will receive the correct item only if the request form is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive the package.
Returns
Merchandise can be returned for a refund only if the return request is submitted within 15 days from the date you receive the package and the merchandise is not used. You no longer qualify for a refund if the item is used or if the refund request is submitted after the 15 day period. All refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please make sure to inform us of any special circumstances when submitting your refund request. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the returned package. Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable.

How to Submit a Refund / Exchange Request
Please be sure to read the above sections to make sure your Refund / Exchange Request is processed correctly. To send us a RMA request, include the above Information and send the request to: WebsiteRMA@SummitImage.com . Include your order number in the subject of your request to ensure it is properly received and processed.
Please note, any packages we receive that have not been properly processed will be marked for return to sender.
